By accessing and using SHIPZY Express services, including our website, mobile applications, and delivery services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.
2. Service Description
SHIPZY Express provides same-day and next-day delivery services across British Columbia and Alberta. Our services include package pickup, transportation, and delivery to specified locations within our service areas.
3. User Responsibilities
3.1 Accurate Information
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information when using our services, including:
- Correct pickup and delivery addresses
- Accurate package descriptions and dimensions
- Valid contact information
- Proper payment information
3.2 Prohibited Items
You agree not to ship the following prohibited items:
- Illegal substances or contraband
- Hazardous materials
- Perishable items without proper packaging
- Items exceeding our size and weight limits
- Fragile items without adequate protection
3.3 Package Preparation
You are responsible for properly packaging your items to ensure safe transportation. We reserve the right to refuse delivery of inadequately packaged items.
4. Service Availability
Our services are subject to:
- Geographic service area limitations
- Weather conditions and road closures
- Vehicle availability and driver schedules
- Package size and weight restrictions
- Business hours and holidays
5. Pricing and Payment
5.1 Pricing
Pricing is based on:
- Distance between pickup and delivery locations
- Package weight and dimensions
- Service type (same-day vs. next-day)
- Additional services (signature required, insurance, etc.)
5.2 Payment Terms
Payment is required at the time of booking. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as indicated on our website. All prices are in Canadian dollars and include applicable taxes.
6. Delivery and Pickup
6.1 Pickup
For pickup services:
- Packages must be ready for pickup at the scheduled time
- Someone must be present to hand over the package
- Proper identification may be required
- Additional fees may apply for missed pickups
6.2 Delivery
For delivery services:
- Recipient must be available at the delivery address
- Signature may be required for certain packages
- Additional delivery attempts may incur extra fees
- Packages may be left in a secure location if authorized
7. Insurance and Liability
7.1 Basic Coverage
Basic insurance coverage is included with all deliveries. Additional insurance can be purchased for high-value items. Coverage limits and exclusions apply as detailed in our insurance policy.
7.2 Liability Limitations
Our liability is limited to the lesser of the declared value of the package or our maximum liability limit. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. Claims and Disputes
8.1 Claims Process
To file a claim:
- Report issues within 24 hours of delivery
- Provide detailed documentation and photos
- Complete our claims form with all required information
- Allow reasonable time for investigation
8.2 Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of British Columbia, Canada.
9. Privacy and Data Protection
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on our website and mobile applications, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of SHIPZY Express and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. You may terminate your use of our services at any time by discontinuing use.
12. Force Majeure
We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, labor disputes, and equipment failures.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
